At the Civic League for New Castle County Meeting on March 19, 2007 the attached was presented concerning draft reviews of the Proposed Comprehensive Plan. The Plan was found to fail in its coverage of some water issues which were articulated by the Chair and Acting Chair of the Water Supply Coordinating Council's comments submitted on or about February 1, 2007.
The Revised Comprehensive Plan Draft just up dated was required to meet the stated deficits.
