- Assistance to Civic Associations & Maintenance Corporations

- Monitor and selectively evaluate government actions including laws, regulations and policy,
- Provide appropriate forums for informing as well as soliciting input form the public,
- Establish positions based on responsible studies and consistent with the aims and
